Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Area
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area soon.

Shipping Options and Times
Express orders (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse the same day. Express orders placed over the weekend, on holidays, and after 12 noon EST on weekdays will ship out the next business day. Ground orders will ship within 24 hours. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

We ship using USPS and UPS.

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Items ordered
together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and
may be received separately.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional
discounts are applied. The standard USPS shipping costs apply, and are calculated
based on your zip code.

An additional $15 charge will be assessed for orders shipping to Alaska and
Hawaii.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT, AND HOW WE USE IT
We collect a variety of information from our customers and visitors as they
use our website. Below we’ve listed the types of information we collect,
as well as how we use that information. We collect the following data through
our backend services.

Contact Information
When you place an order with us, we ask for your contact information (your
name, address, phone number, and email address). We use this information
to process your order, to send you updates on your order status, and to get
in touch with you if we have trouble processing your order. If you elect
to sign up for our mailing list, we ask for your email address so we can
contact you periodically regarding special offers or products we think you
might be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications,
we will honor your request not to send them to you.

If you contact us via email or postal mail, we will use the return address
you provide to answer your inquiry. This contact information is not used for
any other purpose.

Gift Recipient Contact Information
If you place a gift order with us, we collect the gift recipient’s name, shipping
address and phone number to ensure that the order is processed correctly.
From time to time, we may also use their contact information to notify them
of special offers we think they might be interested in. We always allow the
gift recipient to opt out of future mailings.

Financial Information
During the checkout process, we also collect your billing address and credit
card information. This information is used for billing purposes only.

Other Information
As you browse our website, we collect other types of information including:
the name of the website you came from; which pages on our website you visited;
what terms you may have searched for and your server’s IP address.
We collect this information through the use of cookies (see below), and use
the data to get a better idea of how visitors use and navigate our website.
This helps us to merchandise our products more effectively and improve website

of people from a certain zip code purchased certain items, but we would not

faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our own or others’ rights,
safety or property. The Blob Show will have no legal liability for such disclosures.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of children is important to us. Our website is not directed
to children, nor do we collect or store personal information from users we
know are under the age of 13. We urge children to obtain their parents’ permission
before sending any information about themselves over the Internet.

SECURITY OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
The Blob Show uses secure servers to protect all of your personal information
including your name, address and credit card information. Our
checkout process uses industry–standard SSL encryption to ensure the privacy
and security of your information as it travels over the Internet to and from
our servers. (Please remember that no data transmission over the Internet,
or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.)

OPTING OUT OF INFORMATION COLLECTION
If at any time you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you can
remove your name from our mailing lists by doing any of the following:

be sure to send an email from each email address you wish to have removed);

2) Following the easy instructions provided at the bottom of every email;

Returns & Replacements

Please allow 1–2 billing
cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions
below:

1) Contact our customer service center at 540.322.1911 or customerservice(at)theblobshow.com to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted
without an RA number.

2) Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing
slip.

3) Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail
the item back to us:

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g.,
FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value.
Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts –– this will protect
you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid;
sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you
ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us
immediately. We’ll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we’ll
send you a replacement right away.

Ordering

How to Order
It’s easy and safe to place your order online via our website, but if you prefer
to speak to a live person, you may call us at 540.322.1911 Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm EST and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will
arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we’ve received
it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. These emails will
contain your order number along with a link you can use to track the status
of your order.

Changing/Cancelling Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please call 540.322.1911 to speak
to one of our customer service representatives. Please be aware that once
your order is submitted, making any changes may delay its departure. If your
order has already left our warehouse, simply wait for it to arrive and then
follow the easy return instructions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept ATM
cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks, money
orders or CODs.

Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses within the state of Virginia are charged applicable
sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of Virginia are not charged sales
tax.

Special Offers and Promotion Codes
Special offers and Promotion Codes are redeemed on the first page of the Checkout
process under the "Discount Codes" header. Simply enter
your code in the appropriate field, click "Apply Coupon", and your discount
will be automatically reflected in your final order total. If you would like
to be notified of future promotions plus really cool new items, make sure
to sign up for our mailing list (under "Newsletter" in
the left navigation bar).
